Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
  • Advise managers on best practices for performance management and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and workplace policies.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People and Culture Lead should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
